Charity fund

We exist to bring relief to people in desperate situations. We primarily focus on the most vulnerable—people experiencing homelessness, individuals with disabilities, and children—but we also have a heart for the most average person who is in need. 100% of people's donations go to caring for others. Our Director pays for all operating and administrative expenses for this organization to ensure that every dollar of others' generosity makes its way to those who truly need help.

Charity Fund is an incorporated nonprofit based in Birmingham, Alabama. While we serve our local community, we have also helped individuals far beyond our immediate reach. We aim to make the most impactful and efficient use of our resources by doing many small things (like $10 impromptu meal cards for short-notice giving), moderate efforts (such as distributing dozens of meals in areas where homelessness is high), and occasionally larger efforts (assisting families with their living expenses or vehicle repairs) especially for those experiencing discrimination, oppression, or hate.

If you know someone who is known for being generous and kind to others and is currently in need of a hand up, please let us know. We prefer to first consider those whom someone already has compassion for. It could be someone you see on your way to work each morning, a friend or family member, or someone you don't personally know but have heard about.
